Allertech Labs provides all necessary supplies related to Allergy testing and immunotherapy creation. ALA requires only 100-200 square feet area for consultations, testing, immunotherapy creation, and access to a refrigerator for the storage of raw antigens and customized patient immunotherapy.


Allertech Labs supports your back office in completing billing cycles ensuring your physician group receives reimbursements according to your contractual agreements with payors and your patients’ current carrier plan

Financial Aspects

  • There is MINIMUM OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE to the clinic. Allertech Labs Pays 100% of all startup and ongoing costs for the entire term of the agreement.
  • Allertech Labs’ billing department provides oversight with billing and collections to your team to ensure success.
  • Payments are received by the clinic directly from the insurance providers as usual. Without interruptions to your billing cycle.
  • The clinic compensates Allertech Labs a fair market value assessed by an independent management company based on the OIG guidelines.

Physicians FAQ

Healthcare providers will select appropriate candidates for allergy testing and treatment. Allergy tests and immunotherapy treatment are administered by an allergy technician. However, all allergy services are performed under the supervision of a doctor or an appropriate healthcare provider.

To build up cash flow from the allergy services, your practice will not be billed by Allertech Labs until 30 days after the initial Allergy services have been provided.

An Allergy profile will be given to patients to determine if they are appropriate candidates for Allergy testing.

There is no out-of-pocket expense for you. Allertech Labs provides all necessary supplies.

Allertech will provide your office with an allergy technician on a part-time or full-time basis.

There is no additional burden on the doctor’s staff. Allertech Labs’ technician handles all scheduling, testing, treatment, and insurance verifications.

In most cases, allergy testing is covered. Allertech will contact your patients’ insurance companies to verify and pre-authorize insurance. Afterward, patients are contacted and informed of their benefits for allergy testing.

Allertech will invoice you at the end of every month for all tests done and immunotherapy prepared.

Yes. According to Medicare Policy, any M.D. or .D.O. may perform these services.
